Digital products
Our templates and other digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and whose terms apply to the purchase. Each product page states what is included, what you need to run it and any limitations. You receive a licence to use the product in your own business or for your own clients; you may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
If a product does not import or run on a supported platform version as described, and we cannot fix it with you within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at oopsolutions@gmail.com with your order number.
Services
Consulting and development work is carried out under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies. Unless agreed otherwise, you own the deliverables once they are paid for, and we may describe the work in general terms, without naming you, unless you give written permission to be named.
AI systems
AI systems can produce incorrect output. We design for this with testing, confidence thresholds and human review, and we tell you where the limits are. You remain responsible for decisions made using the output of systems we build or sell, and for complying with the laws that apply to your use of them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this website or a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your own country.
