OOP Solutions ("we") is operated by Abdur Rehman Afzal, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data this website collects and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
Contact and waitlist forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company (optional), your message, the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign source in the link you arrived from. We also record the date and time.
WhatsApp and email: if you contact us directly, we process whatever you send us in order to reply.
Technical data: this site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, deleted on rotation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Where your data goes
- Our automation server (n8n), hosted on a virtual server we rent from Hostinger, receives the form and routes it.
- Google Sheets (Google LLC) stores the lead record.
- Email: an alert is sent to our mailbox (Google Gmail).
- OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.): the text of your message may be sent to OpenAI to classify the enquiry and draft a reply for us. OpenAI's API terms state that API data is not used to train their models.
- Lemon Squeezy handles payments for digital products as the merchant of record; we receive your name, email and order details, not your card data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver products you buy, and keep records of our business relationship. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in running the business.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email oopsolutions@gmail.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If we add analytics or other tools, we will update this page and the date above.
