Which platform do you recommend?
Shopify for most brands, WooCommerce if you are already on WordPress, custom only when the business model needs it. We advise on the call, independently of what we would earn.
Can the AI agent see our orders?
Yes, read-only by default, through the store API. It can look up order status, shipping and returns policy, and hand over to a person for anything else.
