Diaries lose udhaar. Used phones carry risk.
Most mobile shops still run on a register or a loose Excel sheet. Udhaar gets lost, nobody knows who sold which phone for how much, the drawer never matches at closing time, and when a used phone turns out to be stolen there is no CNIC copy or photo to show you bought it honestly.
Existing software is in English, looks like an accounting program and cannot follow a used phone that moves between customers, neighbouring shops and repair labs with partial payments at every step.

Sell in three steps
Tap the phone, enter price and payment (cash, Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank, udhaar or part udhaar), done. Print an 80 mm receipt or an A4 bill.
Add stock in three steps
From a dealer or a walk-in customer. Brand, model, memory and colour are pre-loaded (465 models, 37 colours), IMEI typed or scanned from the box.
ID card check for used phones
CNIC number and photos, a photo of the seller and the phone, a link to the Punjab Police eGadget check, the PTA check, and a printable declaration the seller signs.
Full history for every IMEI
Bought from whom, checked, loaned, sold, returned, repaired, price changed: every step with date, person and staff member. The history cannot be erased.
Udhaar khata that adds itself up
One list of customers, dealers, other shops and technicians. "I will get" and "I have to give" balances come from the records, never typed by hand.
Hisaab for any period
Today, yesterday, this week, this month or any dates: sales, udhaar given, cash received and "left in hand", with the reasons money went out.
Returns, exchange and amanat
Returns record the shop's cut honestly. Exchange (old for new) is one step. Phones lent to a neighbouring shop show as "on loan", not sold and not in stock.
Repairs in four stages
Taken in, being fixed, ready, given back. Job slip, parts from stock, labour, advance and the balance on the customer's khata.
Reports and downloads
Profit after expenses, best sellers, a 7-day estimate, old stock and sales tax. Every report downloads as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Also: accessories stock with low-stock levels and a pending-accessories tracker; expenses and "close the day" with the expected cash in the drawer; staff roles (owner, manager, salesman, technician) with a quick PIN login; WhatsApp messages to the owner, customers and sellers prepared for one-tap sending; light and dark mode; receipts and declarations in the shop's language.

Built like a bank ledger, not a spreadsheet.
- Append-only ledger. Money is never a float; corrections are new reversing entries, so the books always reconcile.
- Immutable device events. Purchase, check, loan, sale, return and repair are permanent rows; the history screen is built from them.

Who is Mobile Shop for?
Pakistani mobile shops that sell new and used phones, give udhaar, take repairs and want every phone and every rupee accounted for. It is built for the owner, the manager, the salesman and the technician, each with their own role.
Does it work in Urdu?
Yes. The app runs in English, Urdu (proper Nastaliq, right to left) or Roman Urdu, one language at a time. Receipts and the seller declaration follow the shop's language.
Is there a mobile app?
There is an Android app (APK) that has been installed and tested on a real phone against the live system, and the web app works on any phone, tablet or laptop; on Android Chrome it can be added to the home screen. An iPhone app is planned.
How do I get started?
There is no self sign-up, on purpose. Message us on WhatsApp; we open your shop, create the owner login and send you the details. You add your current stock as "old stock" and old udhaar as opening balances.
What does it cost?
A per-shop monthly subscription. Ask us for the current price and a demo shop; early shops help shape the product and get our direct support.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is isolated from every other shop. The service runs on our own server over HTTPS with nightly backups, and money records are append-only: corrections are new entries, so nothing silently disappears.
